The Full Works

Ideal for extension or significant renovation projects.

All projects start with understanding your brief – teasing out the most important practical and aesthetic aspirations and using this as the spring board for helping you fall in love with your home again.

The approach is tailored to your particular project requirements, but typically The Full Works includes:

  • Spatial floor plans options, material ideas, 3D views and regulatory research

  • Planning submission and monitoring through the decision period

  • Technical drawings suitable for building control approval

  • Bespoke joinery design

  • Lighting and electrical plans

  • Mood boards and colour palettes

  • Suggested fixtures and fittings

All fees are worked out on a project by project basis.

An initial ‘Understanding you + the space’ briefing and site meeting starts from £450

Express Design

Do you have a smaller project in mind? Or perhaps you’d like some help replanning a specific room. The speedy digital design service could be right for you – you provide the key dimensions and photos and together we will shape the brief. The advice will be tailored to your specific requirements but it might include layout options, joinery design, a shopping list of fixtures and fittings and materials palettes giving you the confidence and guidance to take forward on to site.

Prices start from £1,000 per room
