Reimagination of the lower-floor layout of this three-storey villa in Dulwich while preserving its heritage charm.
Rather than extending the property, the internal layout was replanned to create more functional, practical spaces that suit the client’s lifestyle and celebrate the character of the original building.

Design scope included:

• Reconfiguration of the lower-ground and upper-ground floors, incorporating a new kitchen, utility, scullery and cloakroom
• Full building regulations package and technical design
• Detailed glazing design, including external French doors and traditional sash windows
• Specification and layout of new electrical, heating and plumbing systems
